Equipment, Installation and Materials Warranty

Damage to equipment, installation parts and materials that are installed by HydroLogik that results from incorrect installation or handling while in HydroLogik’s possession, are warrantied by HydroLogik for one year from date of installation.  In such cases, HydroLogik will mobilize to site at our own expense for warranty work.  Damage to equipment, installation parts and materials that are installed by HydroLogik, that is not a result of incorrect installation or handling while in HydroLogik’s possession, is not covered by HydroLogik’s warranty.  It is HydroLogik’s discretion as to what qualifies as damage that is covered under HydroLogik’s warranty.     

Equipment warranties are passed through from the equipment manufacturers.  The equipment manufacturer’s warranties are not extended or reduced and are warrantied directly to the purchaser.  HydroLogik will assist in any way we can to facilitate realization of equipment warranties.  Mobilization and labor for service or replacement of equipment under manufacturer warranty is billable to the client.  

 

Site Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Remote Assistance

HydroLogik reserves the right to bill for mobilization, labor, and any additional expenses incurred for site maintenance and troubleshooting, when requested or approved by the client.  

When remote assistance for maintenance and/or troubleshooting is provided by HydroLogik, but no site visit is required of HydroLogik, labor that requires a reasonable amount of time is free of charge.  When remote assistance exceeds a reasonable amount, HydroLogik reserves the right to bill the client for labor. Hydrologik reserves the right to define “reasonable amount of time” by a case by case basis.  In such cases, the labor category used for remote assistance is the discretion of HydroLogik, and may include General Labor, Engineer/Professional I Labor, or Engineer/Professional II Labor, billed at the current rate for these labor categories.
